Beware BestBuy selling open box units as new at full price. Have purchased two of these. Both times factory tape has been replaced with regular tape, the USB cable is not in the correct location in box with any wrapping around it, and batteries are missing. Box usually shows some sign of damage. BestBuy should be selling these at a lower price in those situations. Since all you can do is a return it or live with it, they make it pretty painful and annoying to resolve it.

The Texture and Design of the controller feels nice. This is my first Xbox Controller I've owned.

There's better controllers out there, but for basic use it gets the job done.

It’s a good controller with great battery life. The buttons are loud, though. Sounds like a mechanical keyboard.

This controller lasted two weeks before the cheap plastic wore out, with issues like bad stick drift and mushy buttons, etc. It's made from the cheapest plastics possible, but I guess they have to make their money somehow...
