It was a really good controller. But, the right trigger turned sticky because of the gum inside the controller. It was a design flaw. I faced the same issue last time.

Feels like a cheap knock off version. The Dpad isnt smooth at all, dont get me wrong, works great but I cant help but the feel and texture of it are exactly like a cheap knock off from GameStop.

I got a used item For full price. Product works fine so far but I’m sure who ever bought the controller and then returned it was to get the free game pass that comes in the box . I tried signing up but the code was already used.

Best Buy sent me an open box used controller but also gave me a partial refund so I can't complain much. Controller has some slight scuffs on it but everything works well and the controller feels great to hold. Overall decent purchase.

The screen capture button in the middle is actually quite annoying. I find myself accidentally hitting it when i didn’t want to. It also wouldn’t work with my headset even after doing updates. The headset works with all of my other controllers, but the volume functions wouldn’t respond. I returned it, but there weren’t any in stock to be able to tell if it was the controller or their firmware that was the issue. These controllers are nothing special and really aren’t built to last. I bought an elite controller and had to return it twice. I even had the Best Buy service plan, but still had to keep buying the plan every time the controller died. I gave up after the second replacement.

I swear these controllers only last like 3-6 months. There is always a toggle drift or the rb stops working for no reason at all. It's the strangest thing. Make sure you buy the protection. You'll need it!

Seems like the previous generation dont see a difference. Also this open box was missing the cable the box says controller and cable. But no cable. So customer service was not observant on the return

Only complaint is still using batteries and not providing some in the box. If anything the xbox battery should come with it.

Xbox makes a fantastic controller. The new series controllet is no exception. However even after a few uldates the controller will sometimes disconnect for no reason. I believe Microsoft will eventually fix this with more updates.

I'm disappointed with Xbox when it comes to the overall feel of this controller. The A/B/X/Y buttons feel incredibly cheap and dissatisfying to press. Especially, when compared to a PS5 controller. To top it off, you need to buy batteries for the Xbox controller when you get it. Overall, extremely disappointing. If I had to pick between this and the PS5 controller, I'd get the PS5 controller any day.

Too expensive and left stick got stuck moving forward. Best Buy was good aboit refund, went with wired controller instead.

The joy direction button got stuck and toggles automatically by itself

The controllers have been lacking in quality over the years, but it gets the job done. I use it for PC gaming but I end up having to replace it at least twice a year.

It is fine for what it is. Bumpers usually give out first.

Stick drift almost out of the box. Within the first 2 days.

I like how this item is somewhat the same price as a regular controller but even better because it comes with a wire. The only problem I had was when I got the box, box came damaged.
