Bad controller lasted model

EXCEPT the fact that connecting via Bluetooth to PC apparently gives it the craziest input lag for no reason that I was only able to fix by plugging into PC using USB-C cable and magically it worked like my other three Xbox one controllers(that were connected Bluetooth). I will unfortunately be returning this as its basically useless without being hardwired into my PC.

We're sorry that this Xbox wireless controller didn't meet expectations. Unless otherwise specified, this controller should be sold brand new. If it's within Best Buy's return period, we recommend exchanging it for a new one.

Came Broken With White Marks

Overall good Controller

Hood controller when you get used to those 2 things but as of right now i’m planning on returning and getting a new one to see if it’s persistent.

Need new game code as received 1 was already used

Not able to return the product now but yeah that was not expected at all. Can anything be done to get a new code?

All three have had stick drift issues. Hoping they get better controllers soon, as they’re not the best for daily gamers.
