Controller is okay, box came like it was already opened and cable was just thrown inside. Doesn’t feel new.

Works great but it’s missing the rechargeable battery pack. I specifically asked a Best Buy employee if it was included since this was a gift and they told me it surely was included. Although I was sad to find out the pack was not included and batteries needed to be purchased later.

Good controller just didn't recognize that it doesn't come with a rechargeable battery.

Broke after a year, left stick can't detect forward push.

Not the greatest quality. It has some quirks but what can you do?

Stick drift happened so soon with so little use, has completely soured me on these controllers.

Looking for a cable to charge a rechargeable battery. Sold out everywhere. Thought this might do the trick but no, it only powers the controller it WON’T recharge a Microsoft rechargeable battery. None of the reviews or info online would tell you this. Had to purchase and experiment myself.

While wireless is the mainstream, being able to have the backup wired option is great. Especially PC if you want that connection, and not worrying about battery power. Simple connection for your needs

Ive gone through 4 controllers. Probably should've added geek squad protection on this order. The thumbsticks seem to either drift or rubber tips come off.

X button sticks/broken; geek squad won't pick up the phone for a swap out

Bought this to replace my original controller after it initially started suffering from left stick drift and eventually the left stick (press down) button stopped working completely. After about three months I noticed some left stick drift on this controller, followed by the right stick, and now the left stick has significantly worsened (on menus the controller cycles through all of the options constantly on its own). It has gone from a nuisance to affecting gameplay. Pressing down on the left stick still works/registers; once this goes I will likely have to replace the controller again.

Good controller. But not a good cord, breaks easily.

I give it a 4 star only because of the cord/cable that comes with it becomes a bit flimsy toward the Type C insertion point of the controller. Other than that, so far it's been a great controller.

I bought this over a year ago as an open box item and just now decided to try it out, only to discover that it won’t connect to any windows 10 PC through the usb cable. I tried multiple ports and cables, and none of them resolved the issue. I updated my usb drivers, but that didn’t resolve the issue either. I’m really frustrated and disappointed.

Came with noticeable signs of use, but as expected.

Worst experience ever ordering online. I’ve had so many retailers have a simple address change link or even call me. I forgot to write unit 1 and never arrived. And their same day delivery took a full week to even get processed. Worst ever no wonder they are going out of business! I used to love Best Buy but it’s just a crap company hanging on

Ordered this new for curbside pickup. When I got home I noticed the tape didn’t seem like the original and the cable that comes included wasn’t even wrapped up, it was just in the box loose.

says it comes with batteries - it doesnt. havent tried the controller cause i lit cant because the batteries were not included

This controller broke after 2 months of using it. I didn't drop it. I didn't do anything that would damage it but now the left thumb stick doesn't work properly.

Junk. Right stick started drifting/jumping down after less than 30 days. No better than much cheaper alternatives.
