Not bad… box was in great shape and order was spot on. Bubble wrap would be a great plus but it just came in a bigger box and controller was loose inside. Overall a 4/5, satisfactorily:)

Really good controller. Works well. No problems with it.

It may not look like it's that much different from the Xbox one controller, but its a huge improvement on an already great PC controller. This Xbox controller is smaller, the D pad is redesigned, and it has a share button. The really big improvement is the latency of this controller is miles better than the original. Features Dynamic Latency Input (DLI) which helps reduce input lag. This controller also allows you to pair with more than one machine at a time. So you can use it on PC and Xbox without repairing it. Ive been using it wired on my PC. After switching to this Controller from the Xbox One Controller I averaged about 400-600 more damage a game.

Found it on clearance for 30 bucks I believe and found analog stick risers for like 5 bucks on clearance. Very very good deal for a 100+ dollar item.

Responsive to my inputs! I can keep on beat in Hi-Fi Rush, so no blaming my tools on missing my combos! Great feel, comfortable grip. Love the added C-cable!

Good controller to replace old one. Has a more comfortable textured back. Also works on PC for gaming. Comes with USB-A to USB-C cable to charge or use as a wired controller if your pc doesn't have Bluetooth.

Works great, and an easy purchase at MSRP. Hard to beat the xbox controller.

I love the newest Xbox controllers. The grip, the feel and the look. That added cable with this controller was an added bonus!

Bought a refurb? Or open box version so ended up catching bad luck as the controller had stick drift when i was finally able to open it a couple weeks after purchase. I know it’s a good controller just got bad draw.

Really nice quality, fits great in the hands, cool haptic feedback in the triggers in certain games. Really did change the experience coming from an old 360 controller. Only nit-pick is that this thing is hell-bent on waking my computer from sleep. If i leave it plugged in and put my pc to sleep, the pc will just wake up 10 minutes later. So I have to constantly go into device manager and uncheck the "allow this device to wake my computer" checkbox for the controller. which randomly re-checks itself. OFTEN. Really annoying. but uhhh yeah besides that, this thing is a worthy upgrade from a 360 controller if you're a lazy bones like me and still haven't upgraded

It's an Xbox controller that will connect to your PC via Bluetooth. It comes with a 9 ft long USB-C to USB-C cable if your PC does not have Bluetooth. Also does not need batteries if you connect it to your PC with the cable. Connects to an Xbox just like any other Xbox controller. Purchased on Black Friday for $40.

Does what it should. Feels right in your hands and wireless is a bonus! My only complaint is batteries aren't included.

For the money you cant beat it. It is easier upgradable to a rechargeable battery. Great controllers for others to use verses your high end ones.

I really liked the feel of the controller, Grips are nice. No problem with the overall product.

The controller works but no hall effect switches and rechargable battery is 30 more dollars on top of this device. Bluetooth is fast and usable. No features like macro or turbo. But it feels solid with good grip.
