I own two Xbox One controllers that are over four years old and still work fine. I bought this one last Christmas, but it has already become completely unusable. While I might expect a small amount of stick drift over time, the left joystick on this controller is entirely stuck and useless. For the price I paid, I expected much better durability and performance.

I have a PS4 controller and a scuf XB controller as well. This is the 4th controller in a year I've had to replace. The weirdness of the bugs in this controller astounds me. First of all, I've updated the firmware so for all you flamers out there that will say "Did you update the firmware?" It's a hard yes. This controller works on XBox but not a gaming Alienware Desktop, it connects/disconnects/connects. Other XBox controllers work on the same PC... Same cords... The up gets stuck and even when you disconnect the controller completely the only way menus stop going up is to reboot the PC.

To prevent accidentally pressing the Share Button, we recommend using the Xbox Accessories App to reconfigure it so that the button must be held down instead of pressed.
