I own two Xbox One controllers that are over four years old and still work fine. I bought this one last Christmas, but it has already become completely unusable. While I might expect a small amount of stick drift over time, the left joystick on this controller is entirely stuck and useless. For the price I paid, I expected much better durability and performance.

I thought maybe the tape got messed up during shipping, but the controller had scuff marks, the usb cable was jumbled up and stuffed in, and the batteries were missing. Giving 3 stars instead of one because the product itself is good, but whoever handled mine is a JERK.
