Cannot use it wireless anymore. It still works wired, but I bought this to use it wirelessly. Pure and utterly expensive garbage.

Paid full price and was sent a used controller
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not only was this product delivered a week late, it also isn't even a new item even though I paid the full price for it. The box was clearly damaged/scuffed, no plastic wrapping whatsoever, the cable was completely unfurled, and there was hair and dead skin on the controller, disgusting. Also on the label it says it was shipped from "Return Center".... Truly disappointed and probably won't be purchasing anything from Best Buy anymore.
