Constant disconnection issues. Laggy input for iOS. No real solution as of review.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my grandson. It was to replace a controller with a faulty plug, plus he wanted a longer cord. He was very happy to receive this controller as a gift and is eager to use it.

When using the included usb-c cable, this controller works flawlessly. When connecting via bluetooth to my X570 motherboard, it will briefly disconnect about once every 10 minutes at a distance of 16 feet.

Bought this for my PC. Love it! Upgraded from the Logitech F310, that I bought several years ago. Gave that one to my sibling.

Controller works great, feels like it'll last a good long while

This XBox Series X controller is a huge improvement from the previous generation controller, the D-Pad is much better for games that use it and the durability of the shoulder buttons have held up much better than my previous XBox One controller. Quality of the controller reminds me of the XBox 360, haven't experienced any creaking plastic or squeaks from the shoulder buttons.

Great and just what I expected p. It was I bit stiff at first but then you can work it.

Nothing all that innovative compared to the older controller or the Dualsense, but that's fine with me. The new d-pad is a big step-up though and as always, the XBox style of controller feels great in my hands. Only worry is there are questions regarding quality control but so far so good on my end.

It feels much more compact, which is great, but the D-Pad is too loud. Can also fit in Eneloop rechargeable batteries, if you’re wondering. Connecting via Bluetooth seems mixed. Bluetooth works fine for me so far, but not so much for others.

My nephews were so happy to open their xmas presents and see that they got new controllers! They love them.

When my controller came in, the box was heavily damaged and the controller half fitted in. The controller look new, only after I started using it, the right joystick was started to feel weird, not moving smoothly like most controllers are. Turn out there was something under the joystick to the point I had to take it out with alot of effort. It felt more of a used controller rather than a new one.

The controller design is nice and is designed to be comfortable to hold while gaming. It seems well built like my Xbox one controllers I've had for years that are holding up well. The problem I have with this controller is the faulty bluetooth connectivity its had since it was first sold. The controller would pair to my pc via bluetooth after updating the drivers for it but after turning the controller off it fails to automatically repair thtough bluetooth and has to be manually unpaired and repaired to my pc. I contacted Xbox support and after over an hour of live chat support they reccomended using the controllers warrenty. The problem with that Is microsoft only provided a 90 day warrenty with the controllers which I foolishly didnt use within the time limit as I was falsely led to belive driver updates would fix the connectivity issues they have been having since launch day, including failing to pair with the Xbox One X console itself! I have been using the controller as a wired controller but feel completely ripped off as my xbox one controllers work flawlessy along with my now very old xbox 360 controllers. Seems to me Microsoft dropped the ball on this one and is not properly handling the issue.

It’s good. Controller too small for most ppls hands I think. But it’s fine.
