Nice controller for PC gaming. Charging cable makes it easy to connect to PC, better than using the built in Bluetooth.

Excellent controller. Finally upgraded from a 360 controller and can see why it’s so great!

Giving two stars because of efficient delivery service. However, unfortunately, the device packaging had been tempered with and the device was opened.

Brand new out of the box mine had a sticky right trigger. When you pressed the right trigger and then released, there was a split second delay before it would unstick and return. Later, the left thumb stick stopped working when pressed upwards. Left, right, and down all continue to work, but upwards does not register anything. Microsoft told me that a replacement would cost $99.99 and would do nothing for me despite being only a few weeks out of warranty. Gaming since the early '90s and I've never experienced a controller that only lasts 6 months. Most controllers from the '90s and '00s still work today, but do not expect that kind of longevity from these. 6 months of only a few hours per week of using it, storing it carefully, and yet it still craps out. Stick with Sony or the previous XB1 controller.

I bought this controller with the attention of gaming on my pc and it works pretty well. It’s really sample to sync up to a pc as along as you have a usb port to put it into.

It’s absolutely LUDICROUS that these are $70 and still aren’t rechargeable, when Sony has offered rechargeable controllers as standard equipment since the PS3

I received a dusty used controller when I paid for a new one. I feel scammed. Never buying anything from BestBuy ever again.
