Works as it should! My son enjoys it! Would recommend!

It does not actually work with Windows 11. I tried connecting it to my Rog Ally X and my MSI gaming laptop. It doesn't seem to connect properly via bluetooth. When finally connected after several attempts, it does not play audio. I tested it on a Rog Ally X, Windows 11 MSI gaming laptop, and with an iPad. No audio over Bluetooth. It seemed to work when connected to my Xbox Series X.

For the price, its ridiculous it doesnt come with a charging cord. But also I had to trade it in becuase it kept making a sharp noise randomly and the replacement does the same exact thing. I wish they sold the older model, it was so much better than this one.

For the price of these they should be top tier. Sometimes they static out of nowhere. I had connectivity issues a few times. But when they work…they work!

Pretty decent pair, easy to use though have had some issues on certain games with the mic. Sometimes people can hear me clear other times itll sound like i am far away.

Great headset for gaming for the price and to start out with

I love this headset! The party chat and game volume slider makes it all worth it

First i bought it online when it got home mic not even turn on so i decide go to a best buy store and replace it for the same one, the one they gave me, mic turns on, sounds awesome, but when i first try it my friends couldn’t hear me at all so i tried a different game and same problem in conclussion, i just got scammed twice by a big company. Never buying xbox headsets again from you guys. Thank you.

Only reason I am writing this review is just to tell people to be careful ordering things online from Best Buy. I returned in perfect condition and within return date because mic wasn't as good as I’d hope but the biggest issue was they didn’t wana return my money back to the card and instead just gave me a gift card saying there was an issue on there end and nothing they can do about it. Spoke to a supervisor and even tho he said I followed the return policy there eas nothing they can do. Def won’t be buying anything online form them

Bought in december, and had to send out for repairs in February. Headset sounds great, but the mic is awful. Keeps breaking up in parties. Now the replacement they sent me, is doing the same thing. Stay very far away from this headset!

This is terrible, sound quality is good but the mic is trash, when playing with my friends they can’t hear me, and is like if I’m talking from far when I’m having the mic on my tonsils… the worst part is that I can’t return them

I purchased this headset for both my Xbox and PC but I don’t believe it should be used that way. The audio was awful on Xbox and needed customization. It was even worse on PC since it’s only way of connecting is Bluetooth which sucks for games. To top it off, the way the headset fits on your head sucks.
