Enjoy playing the game, might be 5 stars if the expansion pack with the additional 2 missions was included but it costs as of 3/18/15 an additional $24.99.

The nemesis system is a lot of fun, and there is a lot of unique dialogue. But it's really replay ability is pretty low, one playthrough is all it takes

Nice blend of Arkham Asylum fighting, Assassin's Creed free running, and Tolkien lore. The 'Nemesis' system really adds a twist to the gameplay.. when you finally kill the Uruk that has taken you out 10+ times, there's a real sense of accomplishment.

Haven't tried it yet, but the reviews I've read have been very positive for this game. A couple friends have it and have been very pleased with it so far.

Shadows is a really fun game with cool graphics. Especially the slow motion animation scenes when you dispatch an Orc captain or chief. I like to take my time in these games and enjoy completing all challenges. As your character learns new moves and acquires new abilities the fun grows. The story line it takes you through is ok but the great part of the game is taking on the enemy.

You will definitely enjoy this game it flew by most people's radar by not being too hyped but the gameplay is great you won't get bored easily with this game I have easily put 20+ hours into this game and very satisfied . This could easily be the best game of 2014 on any platform and a must have for any gamer

This is the first game I've ever achieved platinum on. I couldn't put it down! That being said, some aspects felt tedious and the story is too short.

I have enjoyed the Assassin's Creed games (except Unity), and all of the latest Batman games. This game combines those two into one awesome plethora of enjoyment. This game is very fun and easy to pick up. If you enjoy action/adventure games and/or the LotR universe, then you should definitely pick this up.

I bought this for my brother and he really enjoyed it. A must buy if you love the Lord of the Rings movies.

Shadow of Mordor is an absolutely amazing game. If you like Assassin's Creed and/or the Batman Arkham series, this game is perfect for you. The climbing isn't as good as AC, but it's still passable. The combat is where the game really shines. It can be described as Batman Arkham combat with much more gore.

This game is unexpectedly great. It is a lot of fun to roam around killing orcs. The fighting style is like the recent batman games and the different power ups through out the game are extremely fun and make you want to keep going to get the next one. Overall, it is a simple game that makes it extremely fun roaming through the Lord of the Rings universe exterminating Uruks.

This is a good LOTR non LOTR game. It's in its own category that I believe appeals to not just LOTR fans but gamers in general. Awesome looking open world, and fight mechanics blend well into the story. Cut scenes are great and certain LOTR characters come well into play. Been playing this game for a while and the only thing that bores me is the repetitive captain fights.

The LotR game you've been waiting for!! Even with no main characters its a lot of fun with a great story!!

Honestly I wasn't to excited for this game before it came out. Then after seeing some of the reviews I decided to pick it up, and boy am I glad I did. The game is just a ton of fun to play. The nemesis system is truly unique and makes you want to seek out revenge on those that have taken you down.

this game is kinda short, but its the way that it is structured that makes you want to keep playing.

Ending is a little weak but gameplay, graphics and story are worth it

Shadow of mordor is an awesome game that combines free roam, fast pace multiple enemy combat situations and stealth! if you like assassins creed games then the similarities may bother you, but I would absolutely give this game a shot otherwise you'll miss out on one of the best games this year!
