Not what I expected

Great Replay Value
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Once you understand how the orc promotion system works and how to find them you get a better grasp of an important part of the game. From there the level of replay-ability is quite amazing and challenging. I have played only 5-6 hours so far and I am very excited to experience more. Whatever you do, don't allow the orcs to kill you too often. Yes you come back to life with ease, but the more you die the more powerful the orc hierarchy becomes.

LOVE THIS GAME!

It makes you feel so powerful and if you choose to do the few side quests and missions you will max out everything you possibly can. If you like assassin's creed and the arkham games, and even if you don't love Lord of the Rings - this game will be entertaining to you.

Loads of fun and orcs head!!

I never got tired of killing those hordes of orcs. The graphics are great and animations are very very fluid. The "nemesis" system works very well too and it is very addicting. This is one of the best games I've played in 2014, for sure! Very worth of your gaming time.

A Suprise Hit

However, what I got was probably my game of the year. A good storyline, plenty of sidequests, solid combat, and the "Nemesis System" is a great innovation in gameplay. Recommended for those who like the Assassin's Creed or Batman Arkham style combat games.
