I was disappointed you don't collect items from the bodies in the game. Other than that, the story is good. Love the sneak and kill option.

Good storyline with lots of action. Really enjoy the button smashing aspect with stealth.

At first I didnt know what to expect but have always enjoyed the Mordor/ Lord f the Rings games so I wanted to give this a shot. Its an extremely fun game with an open world that requires no extra loading screens and a game system that changes with every move you make whether you die or fail a mission it changes the enemies you have to fight and how difficult they are. I highly reccomend that people play this.

I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this game. It takes the great combat of the Arkham games, the open world traversal of the Assassins Creed games and throws in the fantastic new "nemesis" system. The "nemesis" system turns anonymous bad guys into recurring enemies that appear and can gain or lose power depending on your actions. Even if you're kind of sick of the LOTR franchise, give the game a chance!

Gameplay and control is very fluid. learning curve is not very steep and strory is great.

This game is hands down the best game I've played on next-gen so far. While the main story is somewhat short and could have definitely been fledged out, the nemesis system is an endless story in and of itself. Coupled with the stellar combat experience, the nemesis system has kept me entertained for many hours; taking over orc armies and creating your own story is hands down the best part about this game.

Big Lotr fan. This game caught me by surprise. Its a hack/slash game with rpg elements added into the lotr universe.

You make friends in Mordor. It's not the sort of place you would expect to meet your bestest bud but, like poor package holidays, a queue in the Post Office, or a stint in prison, that serves to make any friendships mean that much more. And, like all those places, the people aren't necessarily the kind of guys you want to be pals with. Here, they're Orcs, Tolkien's twisted elf-kin - all teeth, mockney accents and made-up swear words. The fact that you care about them at all is Shadow of Mordor's greatest achievement.

I really enjoy the gameplay and how in depth the story goes into the Tolkien's world.

This game is really great. You will like it especially if you like Assassins Creed, Arkham City, or Lord of the Rings in general

This game is basically a mash-up of Assassin's Creed and Batman Arkham Asylum/City/Origins. Stealth based creeping and assassinations like AC, but combat is straight out of the Arkham games... if Batman didn't have qualms with cutting his foe's heads off! After that, they threw in a dash of "Lord of the Rings" for story and now you have quite possibly the best game ever for me.

This game is sick!! Batman mechanics and God of war feel. Open world heaven.

This game takes a lot of getting use too and sometimes I forget an important combination from the tutorials. But what a game. I am still playing it and there are times I kick myself for making a mistake. But it makes getting revenge that more sweet. The premise fits well with the game dynamics and ensures hours of gameplay. Not to mention it is a must have for the LOTR fan.

This a great game that extends the story of middle earth. It feels like a stand alone story that can hold you over till the final Hobbit movie is out in theaters. Plays like assassians creed but it can get somewhat repetitive killing off captains and if you die you loose a decent amount of progress in "advancing your character". Still a fun game to play with a lot of freedom.

This game from the videos looked awesome. But the game was even better when I played it. The game wasnt a big budget blockbuster game with alot of marketing, but it should have. I Love It. I played side missions before the main story and its GREAT. I will for sure buy the DLC to prolong this game.
