Got this game for my nephew. He loved it. Cant stop talking about it.

This game incorporates the best aspects of the Batman - Arkham Asylum and Assassin's Creed series under the backdrop of a unique story line involving certain existing (and new) characters in the Lord of the Rings series. Great game overall.

Simple and easy to use. Controllers fit perfect and charge quickly.

It really is a good LOTR game as well as a fun adventure unto itself. Lots of stuff to do and you want to do it. Collectables are challenging and meaning full not tedious.

The title says it all!! It's a fun almost RPG style game. It gets frustrating at times because if an enemy kills you and you come across the same one when you respawn, his powers have hightened for killing you. It's still a good time.

Killing Uroks is just awesome. Taking control of those mindless bags of flesh is to funny.

A batman arkham series meets assassins creed. Lots of fun trying to figure out how to beat captains and whatnot. Would highly recommend this game to anyone 18 and over.

Shadow of Mordor is basically Assassins Creed based in Middle Earth, Specifically the Black Gate Region. The game is average at best. While the main quest story is interesting the side missions quickly become boring as they are all the same. The Uruk's that are captains in the game are interesting but this too is repetitive. Manage to kill one, get the perks for weapons. Die and the Uruk gets promoted. Same thing over and over. Unless one is a huge Tolkien nerd, such as myself, this game would not be recommended.

This game was a lot of fun. The story left something to be desired, but the mechanics of the game more than made up for it. Me and my friends had hours of fun getting orcs to rise through the ranks, and then dispatching them.

i know people had a controversy as to the originality of this game, but with the nemesis system this game is definitely its own game. I think this game is a blast!

This game plays like a cross between Batman and Assassins Creed, it has a massive amount of lore and fills in tons of gaps for those that did not read the books.

I cannot say, first of all, how impressive their addition of a "command structure" of enemies is. Any orc who kills you will advance in the ranks, and the ranks aren't smooth either. Battles occur, sometimes the with the orcs killing each other! Also, when you do defeat one, they sometimes come back with wounds from your previous battle! It is a nice game beyond this too mind you, and the only one "negative" I can think of is your hero seems very much based on Aragorn (looks, being a ranger, etc). As you can see that's not much to feel bad about, if at all, so very glad I got the game.

This game is great but they borrowed so much from assassins creed if you don't like assassins credal or don't like lord or the rings then don't get this game.

I play this game daily and I absolutely love it. Its a solid game that you can spend hours on without even blinking and still have a lot to do within the game

Shadow of Mordor has great gameplay. It's like a mixture of Assasins Creed and the Batman Games. You'll like the game even if you're not a fan of the movies.

this game was very hyped up over the summer. i belived the hype and dont regret my purchase! it is fun, challenging, and a new experience for console games.
