The lore is solid but there's something awesome about the fort system that leaves me wanting to play all the time. It's been awhile since I've enjoyed this game this much. Almost like a Lord of the Rings Assassins Creed

Gameplay is great but very repetitive.

So I went to best buy, traded it in on a copy of the gold edition, and came back to enjoy it. Overall the game is fun. I'd recommend it for 29.99 but not at full price.

Fun game.. but..

Would prefer a straight up Lord of the Rings game as the story isn't anything special. Combat identical to Arkham series. Loved Shadow of Mordor though so maybe my expectations were too high..

I'm playing on the one x which looks fantastic, be prepared for a lot of downloads and even more if you have a one x and are going to take advantage of 4k textures and cinematics which are additional downloads.

Great Now That The Microtransactions Are Gone

Now that those are gone, the game is much much better. If you liked the first game you will like this. It is essentially Assassin's Creed set in Middle Earth.

Good if you like LOTR

The gameplay is solid as it's the same type of combat from the Arkham games.
