What an amazing game! Definitely worth buying if you're a fan of the Lord of the Rings!

Same review nervous about buying it from Best Buy a s they have not treated customers very well in the past

So far I am enjoying the game. I find that the normal combat is boring but the special stealth moves are fun

I purchased this as part of my gaming collection continuing from SHADOW OF MORDOR. The graphics are excellent and the gameplay is amazing. I rank it as another high quality PS4 game and a must have for any gamer involved with role play adventure genre.

What happens when you mix one of the best video game series of all-time (Assassin's Creed) with one of fiction's greatest epics (The Lord of the Rings)? You get a phenomenal video game! Sunk countless hours into both games and worth every second!

this has got to be one the best games released in recent times imho I've put maybe 150 hours into this and barely scratched the surface, So much to do, and very layered gameplay. love it. One of the best on this console (or ever) A modern classic

The strategy in this game is actually fun, it improved some of the flaws of the first game like the bosses.

This game is incredible. The Nemesis system is one of the most creative video game systems ever. Nothing more satisfying than finally finishing off an enemy orc who has come back from the dead multiple times (often sans limbs) just to ambush you.

Second of a series does eliminate some of the problems with the first that most gamers gave feedback too.

Shadow of Mordor was a slick introduction to a unique character and fun concept of systematically eliminating ranking members of a hierarchical orc army. Shadow of War expands upon the storyline and introduces fun and stealthy ways to continue the fun.

Great Game!! My son loved playing the first one and he likes this one just as much.

The game has some long periods of killing and long periods of looting all of its fun

Excellent game that will give you anywhere from 30 to near 50 hours of gameplay. It's huge. The Orcs are super cool. Look around the internet for pro reviews. I do recommend if you played the first. I got this for $7.99 on sale which is more than well worth the purchase.

Yeah, it's got great fighting mechanics. Really fun game. Not much different from the first game (Shadow of Mordor), but that was a game of the year. It was great. This game is the same. But don't expect it to be better or different, for the most part.

Husband seems to really enjoy the game. This isn't my cup of tea. I'm a Mario girl

Game is pretty much a refined version of the first game. A lot of fun. I would wait til a 'game of the year' edition to purchase in order to get all the content without having to pay over the normal $60 standard. It gets two stars because single player only games should not need a slot machine.
