Customers are saying

Customers value the engaging gameplay, compelling story, and innovative Nemesis System in Middle-earth: Shadow of War. Many also appreciate the game's substantial content and the option of a lower price point for an older title. While some found aspects repetitive, concerns were raised regarding the inclusion of in-game purchases. The action, difficulty progression, and open-world environment were also frequently praised.

With micro transactions this game is a slugger. You will spend countless hours butchering mindless orcs. Graphics we're great. Story was okay. Won't buy next series unless micro transactions are taken out. Greedy!

The game is pretty fun however when you compare it to the games like the new assasins creed you can tell it feels old as the climbing just feels to clunky especially when there are bonuses for moving around in a certain amount of time.

Not the best open word game I have played, but if you want to explore a nerd favorite world, then this is a good way of exploring the world of Mordor.

I lost interest in this pretty quickly. I recall a trophy/achievement failing to unlock really turned me off to the game. However, you get more of what you loved in SOM with some new mechanics.

I was so excited for this game based on previous reviews, but it quickly proved disappointing. The combat is lazy, the storyline and writing are terrible, and the gameplay is completely repetitive. I spent about 8 hours on this game and wish I hadn't purchased it at all. It will occupy your time and keep you busy, but you won't look forward to playing again.

Now that WB patched out the microtransactions, Shadow of War's final hours are far less grindy, making it finishable
