Not the worst thing I've played. The controls can be a bit finicky. It is a time suck until something better comes along (Mario, new AC).

Love Lord of the Rings everything and this game hits home for me. Played it for over 30 hours total and I'm still barely half way through the campaign plus it has online content to do as well. The game is beautiful on the new 4k Xbox One X with a 4k TV. Plus I got it half off, can't beat that.

Don't play video games. Don't have this game system. Not even sure what game I'm reviewing right now.

Graphically this game is a nice feast for the eyes in 4K and/or Xbox One X consoles. Fans of Shadows of Mordor and LOTR won’t be sad to own this title. The story is good and has good options for online play including helping other players out. It’s also not a micro transaction heavy game which is always a plus. The frustrating part for me is that without spending real $ progress can be slow plus I am not a big fan of online/interactive content the way it is done for this game. Things get a bit repetative very quickly with the story progressing but how you proceed not changing by much other than the scenery. Got is on the Black Friday sale which is what made it worth the cost. Get it used or watch for sales unless what I didn’t like are things that you love.

This game took aspects of the first game and enhanced or expanded on them in some truly ambitious ways, some for better and some for worse, however if you play through all of the grinding needed to get the true and ultimate ending to the game, you’ll not be disappointed.

This is a great continuation off of shadow of Mordor. So far a great game and smooth fighting system

First time playing the Middle Earth franchise, and I am very impressed with the story and the fight mechanics. Almost like a combination of Arkham and Assassin's Creed style of play within the Middle Earth universe. I am a big fan of the captains, warchiefs etc element.

Have really enjoyed it so far can't wait to play it some more when the Xbox one x comes out

This game is fun to play, and the villain system makes each death matter. The scale of the game and the complexity of the upgrade options is a bit intimidating

The wife plays this and really loves it. We seen a trailer for it and she had to get it.
