this pair of walkie talkie's works really well inside an apartment and outdoors. I haven't tried the 28 mile range but for regular close-proximity use like a mile or so works good.

Works great! Especially for camping with kids in rural areas with bad reception. These worked out great!

Not bad for the price, but I think I got longer range with some previous ones I had. I might get a little over a half mile range in the city-the buildings do cut down on range. Voice clarity is very good. I like that these are rechargeable. My wife and I use them in the car when we run errands separately rather use our phones.

They’re ok. Just your regular run-of-the-mill walkie talkies. Good for road trips, car to car communication. Don’t think your going to get the range they’re saying in mountainous terrain.

I purchased these to use at my small hotel. Works great throughout the entire property.

Bought two sets for a beach trip caravan of cars. Some walkie talkies worked well others not so much. Interference or volume issues. Never more than 1 mile apart on open terrain.

There great, battery last more than hours. Clear voice when talking. Alarm button is great when just need to get some ones attention.

Yes, there are technical things to talk about for the distance. I have a 3 acres backyard and it works the whole time so it serves the purpose.

WORKS GOOD FOR WHAT I NEEDED THEM FOR. USED IN A BUILDING MADE OF CONCRETE.

One of the battery packs doesn’t keep charge after charging time. It dies very fast. Have to use aaa batteries for one of them. Sucks to have 1 one way and the other with battery pack. Will have to go to batteries plus and get a new pack. Hope that will work then.

It is ok for price,battery is short,too short But is ok so far

They work fine, but the units stopped sitting correctly in the charger after only several weeks. Changing channels and volume are not at all intuitive.
