considering the length we have in our warehouse, it is amazing how it is easy to communicate using the Midland x Talker.

I've only used these walkie talkies a few times. voices come in loud and clear. I will post again when I try long range.

Taking it for a fun family vacation. Communication on a city in the middle of the Sea. Kids and communication are very important to us. This will be a great time for me to keep track and peace knowing my family is ok.

This is a good average product. The 28-mile range is more like 800 feet max. If you are in between that range, they work perfectly fine. Volume is ok, wish it could be louder. But material quality is very good and durable. Battery lasted several days and the charger is easy and convenient.

Works as it should. Even without fancy bells and whistles, this does exactly what it advertises.

Made the purchase for little kids and the enjoy how easy it is to use.

These handhelds work great for when my wife and I are camping and backing our trailer into the site. Excellent for short range but let’s be honest, these things do not have a 28 mile range unless you’re standing on top of a mountain or they’re hitting repeaters and I don’t think they are capable of that. I’d definitely recommend them but do t count on getting anywhere close to the advertised range.

These are nice little FRS radios for general use. The basic functions are easy to remember and use, but the more advanced functions require the review of the manual. The only issue we've had with these is the audio. It is "tinny" and in a noisy environment it is hard to hear what is being said. Need to purchase an earpiece or headset if using them in noisy environments!

Great buy , couldnt not get it for the special price. Looking forward in using it for fun and in a time of need

They're fine. I can't really attest to their claim of a 28 mile radius, I couldn't get more than a mile before the signal started breaking up but I live in a fairly dense area so that might be a me problem. But hey, they do work.
