Posted .If you are unsatisfied with the performance of your radio the customer experience team would be happy to help with options or recommendations. The X-TALKERS have an average range of 1/2-1 mile in normal conditions. The extreme range listed is in near perfect conditions of mountain top to mountain top or over water, which is stated on the packaging. There are illustrations also displaying other possible ranges according to obstructions. Please contact support@midlandusa.com for some assistance in this matter.
