WAYYYY too difficult to activate. Just get them an Apple gift card (or one directly for whatever device they are playing on) and they will be able to use it in the game.

Easy way to give a gift to a kid that loves Minecraft.

Worked as expected. Nothing really else to report…

I was unable to redeem Minecoins. Alert stated the coins had previously been redeemed. I sent this to my daughter in another state for her birthday. Minecraft customer service refused to resolve issue since I purchased it from a retail store. I’m unable to return the gift card because it’s not physically in my possession. Moving forward I will only purchase Minecoins from the game.

Got this for my son he was very pleased and happy with it.

I was very disappointing this was given to a child for Christmas but because he doesn't have his own Xbox live account he could not redeem it, it could only be redeemed by an adult, which means he could not use it on his own minecraft game. Very poor way to design these. There wasn't even a way to transfer it into his microsoft account.

Minecraft way of applying gift cards to an account is confusing, but we got it done (somehow)

Gift card not already activated when delivered…very inconvenient to have to go into a store to activate a gift card.

This is somewhat difficult to get attached to your account, but are great for kids Minecraft spending.

Horrible service... 1st order got lost they were supppose to refund and two weeks later they resent instead. I had already reorder and thqt orderd got delayed couldnt cancel so had to walk in and purchase to make sure i recieved by xmas. Customer service is hard to understand and gave me wrong info on the order 3 time.s Now i have 6 sets 4 more then i wanted and can not return. Never shopping at best buy again.

Just buy on the Minecraft Marketplace, received the card but the code was never activated…

The card was not activated. Heading back to the store to see if they will correct. This was very bad experience as a gift for 8 year olds birthday present.

Purchased gift card and it does not work! Called Best Buy and they could not solve the issue. Would not even refund. What a sad Christmas morning for my daughter.

The kids LOVED them. However; trying to identify whether it was a "digital" card or not was not very EZ to determine. Then the directions on how to upload the information to ones account and ONLY mentioning XBox really made it hard to determine whether or not it would work for the Nintendo Flip (?). That should be more clear.. like just say " upload to a counsel listed below". Then one would know it was the right one, specially when they may not be familiar w/ the new gaming units today.

I revealed the code on the back an my son was so happy to get this an it told us that code had already been redeemed. Great way to break a kids heart on Christmas.

I think these will be great when I can figure out how to add them. The process is NOT easy and I haven't found good directions yet. This should be MUCH simpler. There is a frustrated kid and several frustrated adults with this process.

Purchased this as a gift at Christmas. Finally tried to redeem it and it says “not active”.

I bought 3 Minecraft minecoin cards from BestBuy. 2 of the 3 worked. BestBuy would not exchange or refund the card. Microsoft said not their problem. XBox said go back to BestBuy; they should refund, we can't help you. So the bottomline here: thievery is afoot. DO NOT BUY these cards. You apparently have no rights if the card is faulty. I'm out 21.64. Was going to buy my new freezer from BestBuy (its even in my cart); NOT ANY MORE. Going to visit Conn's instead. Steal from me once, lesson learned.

I have not used this because it was for a PC it was in the PlayStation section of cards
