    When purchased in store, they come up as invalid or previously redeemed. total waste of $20 since you get 0 mine coins. BestBuy took $20, gave me an invalid piece of paper.

    What a disappointment and very unhappy child. He is on strict time allowance to play games and finally when he got card with money to play he can’t make it work and now I have to try to solve it and correct this like I don’t have anything better to do during holidays.

    This is the second game card I've purchased that didn't work. Best Buy unfortunately doesn't back up their game cards. Chances are it was probably loaded incorrectly but it's up to you to contact the company and deal with it. Super disappointing as I'm now out $35.00 between the two.
