Unable to redeem

Alert stated the coins had previously been redeemed. I sent this to my daughter in another state for her birthday. Minecraft customer service refused to resolve issue since I purchased it from a retail store. I’m unable to return the gift card because it’s not physically in my possession. Moving forward I will only purchase Minecoins from the game.

Do not buy!!!

Could not get the code to work no matter what. When I went to the store to get help, they were rude and said I was trying to scam them. My 8 year old son is still wondering where his MineCoins are!

Not good as a gift for a kid under 18

Very poor way to design these. There wasn't even a way to transfer it into his microsoft account.

Bad salesmanship

Because we were trying to put them in the system and scratched the back before the system said not allowed on this machine
