    Don’t buy unless you plan to activate right away. I purchased three of these gift cards online as a birthday gift for my son. When we tried to redeem the cards, we got a message on the Microsoft site that the cards were not activated and to contact the retailer. I tried to call Best Buy support and after getting hung up on one time, I was told that there was nothing they could do to help since it was “outside the 15 day window for returns or exchanges.” I asked if there was anything they could do to help since I had paid for the cards but was given the same, “I’m sorry but it’s outside the 15 day window for returns or exchanges.” I asked what I could do since I was out over $60 now and didn’t have anything to show for it. I was told I could “try to contact the manufacturer.” Great! Now I have to try and contact Microsoft and see if they can help. Maybe they will have better customer service!
