Great gift

Disappointed with Best Buy and Microsoft

Tried to down load it when a problem cropped up. Paid for the downloadable form of the game and when he went to download it, the company wanted money and a monthly payment for him to be able to play it. He is on a very fixed income (as we both are) and so he backed out of the process. Could not get a refund from Best Buy because it was a digital item and they do not refund for those. My suggestion for this issue. ----Make sure the purchaser is aware of the technicality of having to pay an on-going fee to be able to play the game. In not doing so, the purchaser loses the money paid for the game. I won't be purchasing another game from them.

Falsely Advertised

Other websites show the correct image so if you want deluxe vs base dont believe the images Best buy has posted. Support team was not helpful in righting this wrong either!

Once I received it via email it says it was for an Xbox which I dont have. I was unable to receive a refund me for my purchase which was unfortunate.
