Great game for kids

I went out to get a 2nd copy because they argue over it. I never could get the grasp of the game. It seems like it was designed to play on a pc. With that said, I found dragon quest builders more entertaining and easier to navigate.

Minecraft Finally Arrives on Switch! Kids LOVE it!

She loves playing Minecraft on her personal computer and now she loves playing it on her Switch! Also, we were able to transfer her game progress file over from PC to Switch since Minecraft has cross-platform save capability - that made it even better :-)

The best part of playing Minecraft is not only you can play Survival mode or Creative mode but you can play with others that are on different consoles! 8 year old likes, but could use more tutorial

He likes exploring villages and mines, as well as collecting Diamonds/Emeralds. Works fine with Nintendo Switch.
