My kid loves this game because it includes Mario, skin and texture pack and the graphics are good.

I really wasn't sure if I wanted to buy Minecraft again, we've bought it on PC, Xbox 360, Xbox 1, Android, and IOS. But I finally gave in and got it for the Switch when it was released physically. I'm glad we did. We have multiple docks and multiple switches. It is nice to easily be able to play this game on any TV in the house. It is also nice to be able to use the Switch to play with people on the Xbox1 or any mobile device.

This is a XMAS present for one of my grand kids, he loves it, so success!!

My kids love this game until it started to glitch. It would start to freeze for one of the two players. When it works, it is fun and you can build your own little world.

My 8yo daughter really loves Minecraft and especially enjoys playing it on the switch. She loved playing it on the iPad, but now prefers to play on the switch. The game itself is awesome. My 14yo son also plays it too.

It's Minecraft but portable on the Switch. I'm not the biggest fan, but my nephew went gaga over this. AFAIK, it's exactly the same as if you were playing on the playstation or Xbox. The fact that it can be played portable while we're out at dinner or a picnic is... well maybe not the best thing for my nephew, but we'll just set hours for when he can play and hours when he should get fresh air.

Its a seamless switch from my pc to my switch. I have a realm my household plays on and its great to be able to move to the couch and play all in the same room. Runs smoothly on the switch as well

This is a great game for all kids and really get so creative juices flowing!! And if you can sit and play this game for hours creating different world and just loves to show off what he’s built and it’s great to see how creative he’s become!

Kids are continuing their Minecraft obsession on the Switch, and having a blast!

Enough has been said about how great Minecraft games are. It really is more about exploring and building then defeating enemies. This game on the Switch is great. The kids can play two player split screen (top and bottom of screen). The controls are fine using two joycons, but to play two player, you'll need a second set of joycons, or the pro controller.
