I got this for my switch it works flawlessly. I play splitcreen too, but if you only have to sets of joycons only two people can play. The mario bundle is also a plus. I have not played the world addon thing yet, but i would recomend!

I played this years ago on the iPad, it is incredible how far this has come and it has been awesome to see my child (6) be able to walk up and just start playing it. Fun new features like building armies, potions, and enchantments. Strongly recommend. Very easy controller system with the switch.

Cuz I can build stuff and I can destroy monsters. It's creative because you can mix like wood and stone, and like you can create a tool like in the movie, like what jack black creates a sword from stone and a juby.

At its core, Minecraft remains the same beloved experience: gather resources, build structures, fight mobs, and explore procedurally generated worlds. The switch version runs the Bedrock edition, which means full cross-platform play with friends on Xbox, PC, mobile, and more. This is huge— it keeps you connected to a wider player base and ensures constant updates and features.
