Not for everyone, plays a lot better on pc, especially when building huge things, the controls for building are not the best

This is a terrible port for this console. You're better off buying the mobile version.

I bought this game for my son and I wished I wouldn’t have. Mario mash up is the only thing that saves it.

Bought this game for my girls ages 8 and 10. This game was really boring for them.

Bought as a present and he loved it. His obsessed with Minecraft.

Minecraft it is a great game that you can play for hours alone or with other people. That still remains true with this version. This version finally brings the better together update to the Nintendo Switch. Which means Switch players can now play with Xbox One, PC, and phone minecraft players. It also adds the new market place to the Switch. Which means you can spend some extra money if you want to get cool new texture packs, maps or skins that weren't available in the old version.

Minecraft is a classic at this point and delivers eberytime. You will spend hours upon hours crafting your world so be warned.

Granddaughter loved this purchase. So happy that Grandma got her exactly what she wanted for her birthday. I have never had any complaints about Best Buy. The staff is courteous and very helpful to someone who is not tech savy. Very grateful that Bastrop Tx has a Best Buy store. I have made many purchases at this location and appreciate them beibg here.

Very poor quality on this game and very hard to understand how to play

A fun and creative game, with lots of content to explore. We have this on Xbox Series X, 360, and PC, as well as Nintendo Switch. Minecraft runs much better and faster on the other platforms, but none are portable like the Nintendo. My recommendation: Get the other console or PC versions of Minecraft unless you only have a Switch, or need the convenience of portability.
