Hard to get a handle on the controls but my son loves the game and the mario mash up makes for a fun twist also don't need an online account to play with friends is a plus

I have been playing Minecraft since its alpha release on PC many years ago, and now, all my kids are into it. I was curious how it would perform on Switch but was happily surprised to see it works flawlessly.

I recently got this for my nephews birthday who just turned 10 and he loves it! One thing that’s awesome is it has split screen multiplayer so it allows me to jump in with him without a 2nd Switch. Highly recommend!

She can play with friends using xbox or switch. This is the latest version of Minecraft on Switch so this is the one you want. The previous one did not allow for cross-platform play. From what I have read online.
