What more can I say? If you are looking to buy this on the switch, you probably own it on other platforms (like me) too. I wanted a portable version to play, but don't care for the mobile ports. Minecraft is a lot of fun and a great time killer. Also great for the kids.

It's nice to play this game casually with my sister with splitscreen. This game is cool, but there's not enough variety in survival mode to keep me interested. Playing different minigames on servers is pretty cool. It's also pretty nice that this is the first game on Switch with Xbox Live compability, so you can rack up achievements while being able to play this game on a hybrid. Technically, this is the best version of Minecraft if you don't care about performance!

My kids wanted this game so they could play with each other on different consoles. One kid plays on their tablet while the other is on the Switch. It even includes a mode or level that has Mario themed landscaping and music. Thats been a huge hit for my 2 mario lovers.
