It turned out that this is different version from the regular game you can download. She got tired of this game but kept playing Minecraft on the tablet.

You make decisions and this impacts the story. Kids seem to enjoy it, but it doesn;t have the long term playability of the regular minecraft

Not worth it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the Minecraft Story Mode Season Pass for my 8 yr old son for Christmas. He already had Episode 1 on the computer but I bought this for the Xbox 360. The Season Pass has a lot of issues with the downloads. I know it's not our Xbox because we just bought a brand new one. Currently, Episode 4 shows 'purchased' but when you go to 'download' it prompts you to BUY it AGAIN. It is a known error by TellTale but it's been a week and we still can't open it. Just buy the Episodes individually and save yourself the hassle.
