My kids have been playing minecraft for sometime. They love it,. We had a trial version that don't let them to save their work, now with the full version they can save their progress.

This is a great game for my son. There is limited violence. The price for the game is a good value.

The graphics are fun (and kid friendly) and there is always something to do in this game. My kids are so obsessed with mining and building that we have to set the family timer on the Xbox so that they aren't spending too much time in front of the TV. There is so much more to do in this version than the pocket editions for the iPads and what not.

This is a great game. This is not your typical video game. You don't have a mission or goal. You can play survival mode and learn to build your own shelters and hunt for food. This mode is a lot of fun and will easily take away his from your day. The other mode is creator mode. In this mode you can make the world to your liking. This is the ultimate Lego style game we all wished we had when we were kids. It's very easy to sink hours into this game and it's very relaxing on top of that. This game is kid friendly and there is little to not love about this game.

My kid loves this game. When everything else gets boring, this game is satisfies his creative mind.

Originally bought the game for the young children in my life but have played a bit along with them. I recommend creative mode for hours of entertainment!

I bought this for my grandkids when they were visiting for a couple weeks. It was entertaining for the whole family. Love to see them happy with things I buy for them!

For me, a 43 yr old, the graphics appeared ancient so I couldn't keep my interest but my 6 yr old likes it though he usually just plays it lately on his android tablet after He downloaded it for Free as an app from the Internet.

Not my favorite present to my grandson. He loves it I just don't understand how he can play it for hours. I pry him from the couch and put a basketball in his hands (he plays that for hours too!). He loves both go figure! Bottom line the end user ( my grandson) says its great! I was only going to give it 4 stars , he says its an 11! so I guess it gets 5 stars!

Ok, first of all I am not a psychologist, teacher, or have any medical training so these are just my basic observations of the game. Not that I love my kids playing video games, but if they're going to play this one seems really great. This may be a bit of a stretch, but bear with my. The thing I like about this game is that it's really basic and based on geometric shapes, well really a cube. After watching my kids play this game it really sparks the mind because of this. The player starts with nothing (if playing survival mode) and they have to harvest basic elements and really evolve their world into something out of nothing. Again this may be cheezy, but the it the game demonstrates how in nature we have to harvest our natural resources and use them to create things in life, whether it's wood, coal or gold. The other thing I like is the creativity that the kids have with the game. While the game is basic, the freedom it gives the kids is great. They're creating these crazy houses and towns after starting from nothing. Pro's - Not gory - not too violent - i do think the game sparks creativity - while the graphics are basic, I actually like that!

We have Android, iPad versions of this game, and now my kids want Xbox version since it's even better and support split screen for 2 players. My kids just love this game and play it tiredlessly and so far haven't get bored with it yet.

Bought this for my daughter to play. She has played before on other platforms. Enjoyed the game I have not played myself but it is a good game for beginning gamers.

Bought this game because my daughter liked playing it with her older brother. We bought her an xbox and this game, but she needs help with it as it requires a little reading. Once we got her going though, she loves it!

this was a birthday gift for my daughter and she really loves it, she plays it all day everyday and talks about nothing else except what she is doing / building ....

I bought this game for my daughter for Xbox 360. I am glad that I am able to play with her and teach her the controls. After 15 min. Learning the controls, she was able to play the game on creative mode and loved the game!

The game is very entertaining and easy to play. Wonderful without all the violence.

Great definition and scope of items to choose and combine. My son plays the game very well and is pleased with the configuration and options available.

My 8 yr old daughter did comment it is a slightly different version than the online version on her tablet but she easily got accustomed to the differences and plays Minecraft on her Xbox 360 often. Good product.
