I got this for a gift for a friend to use on a family trim. I was told it worked well after they got it set up.

Have had this in my car for about 3 months now and it gets more glitchy as time goes on. It will randomly disconnect from my infotainment system and give a black screen. Have to pull the stick out to reset it all. There is also, sometimes, a delay in my voice on phone calls to the person on the other end. I have to change the audio to my iPhone or the conversation get jumbled.

This is the 3rd CarPlay device I bought, the first 2 I bought from eBay and they didn’t work at all. So I figured I’d spend a little more and buy one from Best Buy. It installed fairly easily. BUT the audio is not good, it breaks up, basically I can’t understand the audio portion, words are missing or incomplete. I thought it might be a bandwidth issue so I turned off the music it was also transmitting but that didn’t help. I know others that have used similar devices with no issues. I’m just having bad luck finding a good one.

This is the second wireless car play device I have tried and it is amazing. It connects quickly, works flawlessly even with phone calls.

Great gadget.. synched easily and works great.. nice not having to deal with cables except to charge

This product is slow. There is a lag and overeats.

This wireless adapter does what it’s meant to do. The only thing is the lag when you’re watching a video but I’m pretty sure all wireless Bluetooth/WiFi adapters do that. Other than that I love it.

Only worked for a few days then had trouble connecting. It stopped working while on a short road trip.

The item stopped working after a few months. I tried contacting Best Buy, but they only provided the manufacturer’s or seller’s contact number. I have a one-year warranty, so I reached out to the seller, but they haven’t returned my call yet. Best Buy’s support was also terrible. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from them.

At first the connection was fine, but after about 30 minutes there was a problem. It started to work sometimes and not sometimes.

The wireless adapter connectivity does not function properly. Sometimes it will connect and sometimes it will not for several days.

No direction…. Need directions in box… didn’t work

It did not work in my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. I spent 30 minutes trying to get it to work. Nothing! I returned it.
