The shame of this album is that it's a new direction for Linkin Park that really WORKS on about 4 of the tracks, but the other 8 are so forgettable and lame that it's hard to get too hot and bothered over it. I definitely recommend it to LP fans, if just for the 4 songs that are really hot, but casual rock fans (or recovering rap rock junkies) might not be too impressed.

Linkin Park is one of my favorite bands, but Minutes To Midnight, I thought it wasn't all that great. Their past albums were great and I loved them, but this one seemed to be different from the others, well thats what I think.

This album change everything linkin park stands for. Basically they abandoned their rap n rock origin.

The songs that are good on this album have been released as singles. Not a great followup to their previous albums.

this doenst sound anything like previous linkin part albums, the music isnt bad, its just not linkin park.

I understand having slower songs on albums of rock bands, but when most are slow (over half) and there only 4 rocking songs? Hello? Especially when their previous albums rocked. Metalicca slowed down a lot, but kept their rocking attitude throughout. If you are willing to pay for a full album for 4 good songs, then go for this one.

This cd was lame . I had a feeling that is was not going to be a rock abulmb. Then agagin 2 millon idiots bought this abulmb. Well hope there happy with the cd. Come on this cd is not rock. has to many slow songs. That where putting me to sleep lol. My cousin like its cool. Cool my foot. Only one good song. Its for are hip hop buddies. But know what you got 3 cds. 2 cds that are rock, not talking about the demos. And a biillion rimixies. this cd sucks guys. And no i would not recommend to a friend.

I loved Hybrid Theory! The whole thing! Half the second album was really good! But this new album I think is gonna take a header! Its the worst album Linkin Park ever made! There is NO good songs on it! Its only my opinion but I think they just slaped this together to hurry with another album. I feel completly ripped off! This minutes to midnight is minutes to the dumpster!
