Opened back door leaned in to reach item and bumped camera with very light forcing it to point down at the ground had to tighten down screws

Camera wasn’t really designed for my vehicle, but installation team did their best to modify it.

This is a great backup camera for any aftermarket camera. This camera is extremely clear and assist the driver with safety.

Seems to work fine. If your care doesn't have steering wheel controls, you need to get them to get the voice control to work with car play.

The guy that installed is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He should get a raise.

BACKING UP IN MY CHALLENGER WAS A PAIN BECAUSE I COULDN'T SEE. NOW I CAN SEE CLEARLY DAY OR NIGHT.

The installer was nice and polite but we needed 3 returns to get the stereo/CarPlay fixed right. Before I left the parking lot the stereo died and had to reinstall a part that malfunctioned. We had issues with the steering wheel controls. Got those fixed only to have a part on the rear hatch catch the hatch door and pop off the trim. The rear taillight was the culprit in this issue. Had to reinstall the taillight myself due to the fact that it would take over a week to get the vehicle back in the shop for them to fix.

I WOULD SUGGEST THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE IN THE MARKET. EASY TO SCHEDULE AND FAST.

Tech was very knowledgeable, courteous, and personable. My only negative was the cost of $129.00 for less than a 30 min install.

Price is great and service is also great. Difficult to reach server center directly via phone.

The radio, back up camera, is Amazing! Pioneer Apple/Android Car Play with Blue Tooth in dash is great and Best Buy offered the best price on the product and on instillation.

Had the geek squad (Rancho Cucamonga, CA store) install a backup camera and monitor in my 2010 Chevy Equinox. The Installer, Antonio, was very professional, knowledable and carefull. Care was taken to ask my preferences during the entire effort. I was very inpressed with the effort taken. It took almost 3 hours. Glad I didn't try it myself.

Usually works... definitely double check that they leave you the spare parts from your and follow up if they screw up.

Work started on time, and did a fantastic job. While my kid and I were waiting the tec played a Kids movie for us to watch on their office pc. Highly recommend them for auto installations.
