    Window’s 11 has been time consuming to pickup all the changes, The HP hardware works well. Would have like a little more guidance on setup. Overall a satisfactory experience.

    27 " screen is awesome. Easy to pick up Windows 11 after using Windows 10 for many years. The all-in-one computer is surprisingly lightweight.

    Not as strong or fast as our last hp all in one.It may be the set up because we were not happy with the geek squad but we ate stuck now. It is not as fast as our last hp all in one which is hard to believe.

    The computer is okay; I should have paid more attention to how much RAM it has. However, they (Geek Squad) let Windows install One Drive. A total nightmare. I wish they had asked me first. It is now off my computer, but the files on my local drive are a mess. I have rather had it with Best Buy. None of this would have happened had they not destroyed my computer when it was repaired and sent back improperly protected. Very frustrating; very disappointing.

    After the first one was delivered DOA we went to the store for a replacement and the computer work well buy it has a very slow start up.

    Cheap materials. Lousy clicky keyboard. Wobbly stand. Great screen size. Nice startup speed with Intel Ultra 7. Certainly, would be nice to have a user guide or at least a quick start setup guide. Difficult answering whether or not to recommend.
