Band broke after 10 days. Disk is cracked and backing is not snug, making it no longer waterproof. This was not used under extreme conditions as I only used it to track my steps at work. Plastic used is garbage!! Save your money or invest in a quality product. Also sent the company a letter since I couldn't find a customer service number on their website. They never responded.

I loved this thing, especially the sleep tracking. Unfortunately there watch band broke and I will be taking it back. Bummer!

I purchased these items for my teens as a way of helping them track their activities. They had to reach a certain goal before they were able to pick up any electronic device. They LOVED it and had a great time comparing their accomplishments. Well that lasted for about a good week and the bands broke. I was so disappointed. If the bands were stronger this would be a great product.

The Misfit is very easy and convenient to use. You can wear it like a watch/bracelet, clip to your clothing or put in your pocket. The hardest part of using this product was downloading the app to my phone - eventually had to go thru their website to get the app. Also, syncing needs to be at the "right" angle. I figured out where mine is and I haven't had a problem since.

I've been using this for the last month and love it! The app is way better on the iPhone than Android but it still works. Links with myfitnesspal to track your movement. It can be worn on your wrist with the band or clipped anywhere on your body. Cheapest one on the market right now and I love it. The battery doesn't need to be recharged and just replaced every six months.

Got on sale at Best Buy, this is a good device for tracking walking activity.

The best part of this device is the simplicity of the interface. It's great that you can choose two different options of wearing the devices. So, if you're not a fan of wearing it like a watch, you can just clip it on. The app is great as well and syncs quickly with the device. What I don't get is the whole conversion from points to steps. Wish it was a lot easier to figure out but, even though it isn't clear, you can still ball park the number of steps.

I purchased 5 Misfit Flash trackers for my family for Christmas and I am not impressed, for a multitude of reasons. The one for my son filled with water during his first swim practice (he only swims laps for the high school team) so we returned it to Amazon and the replacement did the exact same thing the first time in water. 3 of the bands have cracked, at the point where the Flash is secured in the band, within 2 weeks of use which renders them useless because the Flash will not stay in the band. 2 of the units keep "resetting" themselves, or freezing which requires a reset, and losing all data. Our whole family was very excited when we got these, we were having friendly competitions daily, and now we are very disappointed that none of us are able to even use them. We will definitely be switching to a different brand, probably the Gamin Vivofit 2.

I purchased this item for my daughter to use for swim training. It works as advertised. She really likes it.

My main issue with the Shine is not the device itself, but with the app. I am an android user and I have found that the Shine app for android is ALWAYS miles behind the iOS version. There seems to be some issues with data going missing, but I'm blaming that on the app as well. For the price however, it is hard to go wrong with the Shine, even with the shotty software.

Love the price for it does!!! Love that it track my steps and my sleep.

I thought by the name and price that this watch was more a toy than a useful watch but I was mistaken.

I'm very satisfied with my purchase.Don't let the price fool you.This device does everything it says and compares to the higher priced devices. I have had no problems with the band or anything. It totally keeps track of my sleep time.

My employer has a health incentive, in which I get paid bonus money to be active. I bought these since they were inexpensive to give them a try. I had a few issues with them not syncing correctly early on, but that was resolved with some software updates, and I haven't had a lot of problems since, aside from the app running slowly after an update from time to time. I had to quit using the belt/pocket clip because it is just plain junk. My wife uses hers with the watch band with no issues, but I carry mine loose in the watch pocket of my pants. It works well enough that I can't complain a lot, but I don't expect it to last due to the plastic parts. I do like that fact that it is water proof, unlike so many of the more expensive options out there. I may upgrade to the Shine when this one dies on me.

Good low cost activity tracker. Not as good as the jawbone up, but at the price point, an excellent deal
