Since it works on a regular watch battery you don't have to charge it daily as most of the others do. It'll tell you the time and you can program it with your smartphone so that you can set up your goal. Great value.

Very flexible device, works well

The Misfit works well, seems to track well and the app is accurate. I have not experienced the issues others mention like broken straps or the device itself falling out.

DO NOT BUY

It claims to be "water" and "sweat" proof but within two weeks of him wearing it to the gym and running it stopped working. We ended up returning it and buying the FitBit instead!

Do Not Buy - broke for good day 16

By day 5 the activity tracker was recording activity but when sync was completed mid day erased all activity. By day 16 the activity tracker stopped working and by day 18 battery was dead. The warranty at Best Buy expired on day 15 so could not return.

Not so great

And it really doesn't count steps unless u start the timer. If the phone goes to sleep ,it stops. Very hard to figure the instructions out. Also, the clip doesn't fit well into the wrist strap. Not a good buy.
