    My daughter and I bought misfits together. Mine has been exchanged once because it stopped working and now neither are working. When they were operational we loved them. We need to stop long enough to return them again.

    It helps with sleep activity and physical activity. However does sometime put extra minutes on your sleep activity. You need to sync it daily for it to get your status or else it restarts and you lose your data.
