I believe in trying something for yourself, before passing judgment. I saw a fair share of good and bad reviews. I only bought it because it was 50% off and couldn’t pass up the deal. I have a Gear and Gear 2 Neo, they're fantastic watches and being that I sweat profusely I did not want to use them as my main activity tracker and ruin the body. Thought this would be a good option instead. Pros ***Now as far as counting your steps and monitoring your sleep the Flash does the job, no complaints there. I kept it on at all times minus showering (but it is water proof per the specs). I turned the Flash inside so the counter was on the inside of my wrist so it looked like I was wearing a band. The Flash is nothing cool to wear or practical for a watch. Very light weight, you forget you have it on, had to remind myself to do manual syncs. Although I believe it does it on its own too. But I would do them just to play it safe. Connects really easy to my phone and was really excited on the accuracy that it would record. Big plus, every time I would sync my count, it would upload that to Myfitness Pal. Very inexpensive especially as it does what some of these $60-80 fitbits, and other activity-calorie trackers do. Cons- Looks corny as heck if you want to wear it like a watch. Band is very, very cheap. The circle part that the Flash clicks into broke after 2-3 weeks of use, crazy. I have an office job and wore the band loosely to avoid stressing the band and having it break, as it already was a very flimsy holder. I decided to insert the flash into this little clip that it comes with. You can clip it to your shirt, slacks, and shoes. I kid you not, the flash fell off after that first day. Gone, lost. Thanks Misfit. Don’t waste your money, if it was a little more durable, I would say go for I, but that’s not the case. You get what you pay for.

Loses your count if you don't sync it just right. They keep trying to sell you their other products but can't get the ones you have to work properly.

this product wouldn't link up like it was supposed to. Customer service was not helpful in the least. cheaply made. returned it and they told me everyone returns them with the same problem or they break.

I guess you get what you pay for in this case. We got these on sale. But they did not hold up well. The band bike on 2 of them within a month.

It works for counting steps but in terms of features there are way more fitness bands out there that soar about this band. There is a reason Fitbit is so popular - because it's by far the best!

At first it was great in the pool but then it stopped working. I found that it had a crack in it which caused water damage. So now I can't use it in the pool which is what I really got it for.

Purchased this from the store and was excited to try it out! Worked great for 3 weeks! Then it quit. Tried a new battery and still wouldn't work. Waste of $50. I would not recommend this device

This tracker was good except it didn't work with the app I was using. Also, it was quite large considering it didn't have a watch so I decided to return and purchase a different tracker.

I was disappointed with this purchase. I liked that it would notify me when i reached my steps for the day but the steps seemed inaccurate. The calorie tracker was way off. Not the best.

Only after two months it is already broke. It is hard to understand the lights and what they are trying to tell you. Does not stay on wrist - always falling off. Would not recommend at all.

Great little activity tracker in my price range! I just wear it like a watch, which by the way keeps time, and then synch with my app to see where I am toward my goal.

I bought this in place of Fitbit for my daughter, a good cheaper alternative, but she didn't use as much as she intended, so glad I never bought her an expensive Fitbit!!

Bought this for my mother for Christmas and they broke after a week or so of use. I will never purchase this item again. This is the second time that I had to replace the misfit flash.

We saw these on Black Friday and got one for each of our kids. They really enjoy using them. We did have some issues with both of them not recording or synchrony, but misfit was great in getting us replacements.

I was so pleased with how the Misfit tracked my progress in the beginning. Then it just stopped working. I have spoken with 3 others that had the same problem. We all took them back.

too much manipulation to get to work with required phone, my dad is avid fitness person & couldn't stand all the technical work involved compared to other devices, will NOT recommend

Bought this for my mother. I had one, and although I lost it, I liked it enough to give as a gift. She liked it too. I like that it syncs up with your smartphone to show you more about your activity level and sleep

Had two before we could get it put together. Then days and way too many emails with WAY too many different instructions and still NEVER could get it linked to app on smartphone.

To good to be true,i got a fantastic price but after trying different times i realize that it will not connect to my Android portables
