My daughter and I both have one in black and pink. It tracks steps and still learning how it can be used to track sleep patterns.

I bought it on sale for $26 it's very good, it does everything the fitbit flex does for a fraction of the price. The only thing is it is hard to connect to your phone initially. The replacable battery is a much better feature than charging every 2 days. Not bad at all for being so inexpensive.

I've found it to be very accurate keeping track of sleep and steps. Syncs with My Fitness Pal and Walgreens apps to keep me on track.

I had researched many of the activity trackers and decided on the Misfit Flash - the little brother of the Misfit Shine. The main difference between the two is where there is metal on the Shine, the Flash is plastic. Both work surprisingly well; having counted steps and length of bike ride of another app, it was right on. The amazing feature of all these products is the ability to track your sleep. Fascinating!! When you sync with your mobile device it actually give a graph showing sleep and deep sleep; educating on sleep patterns, etc. Now the bad news! DO NOT LET IT OUT OF YOUR SIGHT FOR ONE MINUTE!!! The clasp band it fits into is very secure - however, the latch that keeps the plastic band around your wrist will pop off without notice - especially now it is long sleeve/sweatshirt weather. I lost it the first time just reaching for grocery sacks in the back of my van and caught it. The next time it came off I had no idea and was lost. I had written an email to their customer service about this and was told they were working on it. To their credit, when I wrote to say it had popped off again and was lost (after two weeks...) replaced it free of charge.

Our daughter wanted a fitbit for Christmas. We decided to give this a try first to see how much she'd truly use it. It was on sale for $24.99. Initially had trouble getting it to sync with the app, but figured that out. Then the band cracked, so we had to exchange it. She's enjoyed it, but we'll probably upgrade to something more durable.

I bought this after buying my wife the misfit shine so we could compete against each other and compare results. The only problem I have with it is the weak band. I now have a new one because the band broke on my first one. If you buy this produce and plan on wearing it on your wrist It might be best to also purchase a stronger band.

The positives for the misfit are the cool sleep tracking feature, the phone app, and the clip- on holder. I like this much better than the fitbit one. The misfit somehow knows when I go to sleep and when I awake. I was always forgetting to set the sleep on my fitbit one. The phone app is cool and super easy to use. The clip on holder is nice and it is easy to conceal under clothes. The negative is that the 'watch' holder broke about 2 weeks after I got the misfit. For the price this is a cool tracker!

I had to return it the day after I bought it because the band broke. The second one did the same except it was a week later. I decided to super glue it and it has held up for almost a month now. I'm not sure why some days it doesn't record my activity, but if I sync everyday it tracks and records sleep /activities just fine. It's an okay product if you're frugal like me. I will probably upgrade to a better device soon.

Lightweight, practical and long battery life. For me the best for sleep monitoring.

My daughter and I bought one of these for both of us to keep track of our activity and sleep levels. We were able to get it at big Black Friday discount prices. Didn't want to spend a lot of money if this wasn't going to be something that interested us. After using it, we love it. Easy to use and understand. Would recomend it to anyone who is looking for a inexpensive tool to monitor your activty level.

I was looking for low cost activity tracker. Did a bit of researching and even though the Misfit Flash didn't get really high marks, I decided to try it due to the price. After figuring out how to get the phone app setup and things connected (there is no real manual), I was very pleased with how it all works, especially the little motivational messages that appear and the sleep tracker.

I gave one of these as a gift and its absolutely great for tracking activity and sleep. Very easy to understand and use!

I was going to get a Fitbit or one of the higher end fitness trackers. I seen this while doing research on trackers & thought I would try it out to see if I used it enough to justify spending over $100 on a tracker. I am so glad I did because I really like this item. It works great & it was very inexpensive. I bought one for my mother in law for Christmas & will most likely buy my daughter one for her birthday. No issues with mine so far & I like that you can wear it on a clip as well.

I ordered this despite concerns about reviews where others had stated the band broke. Well after less than a week my band broke as well, so I had to return this product. The fitness tracker worked okay. It was kind of spotty with my sleep tracking, one whole night didn't show up, and I didn't like having to sync it all the time...

The goods : Works as expected, easy to setup, fun to wear. Very light... Many colors to choose. The bad: Band broke within 6 days of wearing... normal wearing (walking sleeping activity)... Band just snap in 2 no force, it just broke.... Although it was fairly inexpensive, I never expected to be brake so soon and so easy.

Very easy to use right out of the box. App is easy to use and sync up.

Great for the price love the fact it is water proof easy to set up and use

The best part of this device is the simplicity of the interface. It's great that you can choose two different options of wearing the devices. So, if you're not a fan of wearing it like a watch, you can just clip it on. The app is great as well and syncs quickly with the device. What I don't get is the whole conversion from points to steps. Wish it was a lot easier to figure out but, even though it isn't clear, you can still ball park the number of steps.

This is a good, and easy to use Fitness Tracker. The apps associated with it are also easy to navigate.

on the box it says that it is compatible with windows, android, and ios. i dont have a smart phone, but i do have an android tablet and a windows talblet. on the android tablet, i couldnt download the app. the google play store told me that my device was not compatible. on the windows app store, it was downloadable. it synced up at first and work for a day, but it wouldnt resync the next day to let me see my progress. im giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because im assuming its meant to be used with a smartphone
