    Amazing for the price

It's a bit in the fragile side as far as the clip and bands go, but does everything it's supposed to at a great price. Highly recommend for a fitness tracker on a budget.

So the only good thing about this tracker is the sleep tracker because for me it was pretty accurate. That's where my praises end. When it comes to tracking steps, it was horribly inaccurate, with the clip and the band. Also, they claim that you can swim with this on yet mine died after one quick shower. A lot of people said "you get what you paid for", but it's not even worth 1/3 of what I paid for and I got it with a discount.

Brought my wife the first one which lasted 3 weeks before the strap started to break. Replaced it with a new one and the strap broke within a week. Ended up buying a fitbit instead.

My first purchase of the Misfit Flash was at Christmas. It worked great for 12 days when it suddenly stopped. I tried changing the battery without luck so I exchanged it for a new one. The second lasted abouyn6 weeks before having trouble syncing and staying charged Customer service was great and tried to diagnose through email but when that failed they sent a a replacement. It did take quite a while but I think they were waiting for a new batch. Unfortunately that one stopped working after a month or two. I made another request of customer service -:it suddenly restarted so I didn't proceed. When it stopped for good 2 days later I gave up and will get a different brand. I did really like the sleep feature and the device was super comfortable. I really liked the goal feature and got encouragement from watching my progress through the day. I just wish it worked.

Misfit lasted for six weeks, then stopped working. I contacted customer service, and after several emails over several weeks, they finally sent me a replacement in a different color (because the color I choose was not available). This one was DOA. After a couple more emails, I sent this one back and they sent me another replacement...a few weeks later. This one lasted about two weeks, then failed. I finally have up and threw it away. It works great...when it works. Don't waste your money.

    Money down the toilet!

I purchased two misfits at Christmas time. $25 ea. They did not seem to work properly when we wore them on our wrist. My Son figured out they worked better if we used the clip on to our belt. It still did not work every time to record a run or a day at work. I had mine clipped on my belt and it fell into a public toilet. My wife said hers also fell in the toilet. Money down the toilet, literally!

    No value to this product

This product does not meet my expectations. The box stated that the device was a watch, fitness monitor, and sleep monitor. To read the watch you have to push a button a certain number of times and then try to determine which lights are bright and which a dim. When I used it to count the number of steps on a treadmill, it was low by half. You have to punch the button to tell the device that you are asleep and when you wake up. I find that to be not acceptable.

This is a great value for a good quality product. It tracks sleep time and activity quite accurately. Expect it to last about a year.

Misfit does not do customer service. Period.

I went through two bands and had my Misfit die for a week without warning within the first 30 days. I mailed my broken bands and my disk back in the beginning of April, 2015 with the receipt, original box....it is now the end of May and I have heard nothing. Don't waste your money, they do not care about the customers. The product is not great, either.

I have a problem with the flash not being secure in the wrist band. When I push the flash to see my progress some times it slips out. Also I don't think it is accurate bc I was at the gym and was on the elliptical for 1 hour and my stats showed 3.42 miles and the flash is only showing 1.4 for my total progress for the day. This is my third day with it....might return for a fitbit but not sure yet...get what you pay for

We have purchased two of these in the past 4 or 5 months. Both of the medallions popped out of the inside and were lost, somewhere along a walk/run. We never found either. I will stick with my FitBit.

Rubbish product / even worst customer service from Misfit This product is faulty and Misfit know it - my first one lasted three months, which I now know to be good for this product. Misfit took 3 months to replace - the second lasted less than a week. Misfit will not refund my money and have offered me another one - not going to waste my time - buy something else I will.

    A good first fitness tracker

This was purchased as a gift and selected due to the reasonable price. It was the first fitness tracker that we owned and gave us a good perspective on what trackers can do and, in particular, what this unit couldn't do. It wasn't easy to synch it with our iPhone, and we felt that the information provided wasn't adequate. We've since graduated to more advanced models, but this unit was a good one to get us started.

    Great first time activity tracker

I was skeptical after reading reviews of the band breaking after just a few days, but that has not been the case for me. After two months of constant wearing, other than for water activities, the MisFit has held up very well. My only complaint is that it sometimes "spazes out" and the screen repeatedly lights up even though I did not prompt it to. The app is helpful to track my activity and sleep patterns, as well!

The device just is sub par. It keeps losing data when syncing. The sleep tracking also doesn't work. It keeps saying I slept an hour longer than I did every day. The android app takes 5-10 tries to get it to synch. When I tried to contact tech support, they wanted a picture of the serial number and copy of the receipt. It's not worth this much time and effort.
