This product did exactly what I needed it to do. Very pleased with it.

Says its water proof but how can that be if the back won't stay on

I wear,it on my shoe. Most of the time I have twice the number of steps that my fitbit charge says I have.

Got this device as a gift for my mom and it is difficult to use.

My daughter wanted a fitness band and she didn't have much money. Purchased this - didn't work right. Spent money on new battery - still didn't work. Sitting on shelf and every time I see it I want to throw it across the room. Hate when kid spends their own money and gets nothing.

It did say it'll sync with "select" devices, but I (wrongly) thought it would sync with my daughters iPad which is only a year old. No luck, so this item is of no use to us. we'll be returning it.

I got this product for two reasons. 1. The price point. 2. It was waterproof and can track swimming. I purchased this yesterday and it comes pre-assembled. All you have to do is put it in the sports watch and slap it on your wrist. Very comfortable and easy to forget it is there. I went swimming yesterday and it was fine tracking my swim, synced with my phone and tracked my workout as "intense swimming." Got done with my workout and pushing the button no longer worked however it still would sync and light up while it synced. It also tracked my sleep last night and then after syncing this morning it stopped working all together. I decided to open it up at this point and look inside the battery compartment. I found water damage and a corroded battery. Returned to best buy this afternoon and got a replacement thinking I may have had a lemon. Went to my swimming workout again tonight. Same thing happened, the button stopped working but it synced. I opened it up and found a corrosive battery, but I don't see any evidence of water inside the flash, most likely was though because I believe these batteries are very susceptible to water. I have not decided if I want to give it a third try tomorrow, I may just go get my money back. I do not recommend this product if you plan on swimming with it. My workouts are under 1 hour. I do recommend this product for tracking sleep (very comfortable and pretty accurate, also told me how much deep sleep I got compared to light sleep) and I did not get much experience with it tracking steps but I believe it would track just fine. I bought this on a whim back in December. I am not a very active person, but I liked the idea of tracking my sleep, and the step tracking was a bonus. For an off the cuff purchase, I have greatly enjoyed this product. Great changes have been made to the app which have made this product more enjoyable and easier to use. I get plenty of compliments on it, so I know that it is aesthetically pleasing. I am going to purchase it in a different color because I like it enough that I feel it is worth having a variety of colors. Also, most importantly, I had a very simple and non-quality related question that I sent to the company, and they were FANTASTIC. Their customer service is extremely commendable. It made me much more likely to purchase more of their products.

Got it for my daughter and she loves it. Does everything it's intended to do.
