no issues except sometimes it 'stops'. Like the 'watch' as well

Still getting used to it. The only thing I wish is that you could review some on your information immediately instead of having to download everything on the computer every night. The rest of my purchases were movies.

The first day we had no trouble calibrating the device and reading the results. The next couple of days we could not recover the results and the device would not calibrate with the i-phone. Item was returned.

I've tried on 3 separate occasions to sync this with my iPhone with no success and with 3 different wifi networks. Will now be calling customer service.

Great fitness tracker! Does what it says it will, with little to no hiccups. The only thing I don't care for is that it connects via bluetooth and, as such, drains my phone's battery throughout the day.

Sleek design but didn't do much else for me. Monitors your steps and sleep & that's about it. Traded it in for a jawbone up. Now that I loved!

It never would accurately measure my runs or races! They sent me 3 different ones which was impressive customer service! However, it did not work for what I wanted it to!

We couldn't even get the packaging apart and the device started per the instructions. The tools included to open and activate it actually ruined the finish.

Bought this for my wife, the product work great until the monitor fell out of the wristband. The next one will be a more traditional fitness tracker.

A WASTE OF MONEY BECUASE IT FELL FROM THE WRIST BAND WHEN I WENT JOGGING !!!! HAD IT ONLY FOR A FEW DAYS ;/

It does not track my sleep time very well. Sometimes it doesn't track anything at all for a few days :(

This one didn't work. I took it back and got a gray one and it didn't work either. It was frustrating. But it is really nice looking.

Anything that gets a person to move/walk/exercise more is great in my mind ... it has given my husband the drive to meet his goal every day!

Bought this as it was waterproof. That part is good but I dont like that I cannot view steps until synced with app.

Upset quit syncing. Worked great as long as it synced,but now want 4.0 Bluetooth connectivity. That sucks.

The whole concept is weird. *It is hard to tell the time. *flimsy *cheap looking *not worth a penny

Purchased this for my wife and she loves it. Wears it all the time and she enjoys being able to use either the wrist band or the tab.

I have been using my Shine for about a month now. Here are the things I love about it. First is the fact that you don't have to charge it. If you start off with an activity tracker that is not one more thing to plug in and charge it will be very hard, at least for me, to think about buying another gadget to charge. Second, when I start my workouts even I don't tap it to let it know it will still register my activity, step, calories, etc. Third, I always wear it on my wrist and I don't even know its there because its so slim. I'm not a jewerly person so if you are maybe it won't bother you to have something bulky on your wrist. It would drive me crazy. Fourth, it is super acurate at tracking my sleep. Even when Im in bed watching tv or on my tablet it does not register sleep until I shut off light, tv and start to sleep. Kind of creepy sometimes. Also registers my deep sleep. After I put in my personal info it set my goal at 1000 which so far is just perfect for me. Pushes me, but not enough to make me feel pressured, just gives me a good sense of accomplishment for the day. Now, for the things that I think are missing. I would like to upgrade at some point to a tracker with a built in heart rate monitor. The activities to choose from don't include hiit or aerobic training. Also when I upgraded my phone software I was also upgraded to a new app. I have to get used to it but I prefer the old. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and I think its a quality item.
