Obsession with Ultimate Team is hurting the game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This game remains beautiful and plays well, but the dev team at Sony San Diego is becoming obsessed with generating revenue from microtransactions through their own version of "Ultimate Team", here called Diamond Dynasty. Because of this, other aspects of the game are suffering like franchise. They added in a Ken Griffey "Retro Mode", which could've been terrific, but it was lazily done. Still a solid game, but not making the strides it should be at this point in iteration.

Great Baseball game

Finally decided to purchase this since my kids started playing. Blown away by the graphics and the amount of detail the game has. Very realistic modes and great game play. Play this a lot.

Best Baseball Game EVER

I was totally wrong. This is the most realistic version yet. I can't stop playing it, it's that good. Must have if you like sports games.

Fantastic and realistic sports game.

Love the RTTS game mode and being able to create your own character and choose your positions before working your way up to the big leagues. Online play is decent but not as engaging in my opinion.
