The game takes a lot of memory so have a lot of space or be prepared to delete some stuff to clear room. The gameplay is very realistic-almost too much so that I had to turn the fielding difficulty down because I was making too many errors. Pitching is fun and curveballs in the dirt make for easy strikes against whiffing human opponents! If hitting is too hard, once again, turn down the difficulty.

The show 17 is a tad better than 16, i mean sure the graphics look a little better. But if you didn't get 17 by now, i would wait till the Show 18 comes out.

After many years of playing MLB2K and RBI games, I finally broke down and purchased a PS4 this past holiday just to be able to play a few exclusives including the newer baseball games. Wow, what an experience this games makes from feeling like you're watching current telecast on MLB Network that gives the best of Madden a run for their money on presentation alone. The depth of this game is stunning from the Road to The Show documentary type game and even the Diamond Dynasty offers something for those who like ultimate team building with a twist. This game is amazing and the folks at San Diego Studios should be proud! Thank you for making this!

I haven't owned a baseball video game since Ken Griffey Jr. On the SNES, and the last few times I've tried to get back into them I was out off by complicated and\or frustrating controls, too many online trophies\achievements, and completely unfulfilling single player campaigns. The tutorial on this helps you select your favorite control scheme, batting preferences, and gives you a useful rundown of how to play, Road to the Show is fun, Diamond Dynasty is mostly enjoyable but can get a little irritating until you have good cards, and franchise mode is fun, but doesn't have much in the way of missions to earn stubs, which are needed to buy cards or packs of random cards to use in Diamond Dynasty mode. If you've been out of the game like I have, this is the perfect title to get you back into it!
