I was a big fan of the MLB 2K series and Slugfest on Xbox, so this was an adjustment. You can’t grow up in NY and NOT be a baseball fan. This works just fine to feed my desire for playing baseball on the PS4.

This is a great game. The graphics are impressive and the controls are challenging enough to make the game playable but fun.

My other half purchased this game. He was just browsing and decided to pick it up when he saw it. The picture is awesome and looks like you're watching a live game. Our son enjoys playing the home run derby, and he thinks the game is just so awesome- he's 4 years old. This is a must get game!!!

Great game... first time buying an MLB game for a game system in a long time, usually stick with football and basketball. Game play is fun and easy to figure out and the graphics are nothing short of amazing either. Definitely recommend to anyone who is a fan of baseball and also... Go Cubs!!!

Bought it as soon as it came out couldn't do what I wanted because of the servers but a week later it's the best one yet

I haven't played many games of this still, despite a whole year going by, just due to not having a lot of time. But it deserves 5 stars because this is the ONLY series of baseball games that I feel is a good series anymore. I bought a ps4 solely for this series of games.

I took the plunge and bought the PS4 for the upcoming release of Monster Hunter. I have to admit I am an xbox fan. I have always pretty much have been an xbox fan but we do own a PS3 because my mom is a die hard ratchet and clank fan. This game is great and the graphics are awesome.

MLB the Show 17 is a great realistic baseball game. This gem is packed with tons of features and great game play.

I didn't own last year's version of this game, so I went ahead and got this year's version when it went on sale. I say this well worth the upgrade over the 2015 version. The graphics and performance are way better. There are plenty of features to enjoy with this year's new bunch.

I sold my allegiance to XBox a few years ago when I learned that they were not going to have any realistic baseball games on their console. Sony continues to get my money producing one of the most realistic baseball games on the market. Really excited to play this all summer long.

I've been playing The Show since the first year it game out I think. Baseball is my favorite sport, and The Show makes it as close to real as a video game can. The graphics are pretty good, the gameplay is great, the game modes are all fun. Any baseball fan should enjoy this game.

I bought this for a birthday gift for my son.My son loves this game and so does my husband.

I've consistently been getting the MLB the show games for the past 6 years. There is simply not a baseball game, nothing even close. Only reason there are other ones is because the show is only for PlayStation. Amazing graphics, gameplay still the best. No need to change what works

This was a Christmas gift for my son so not 100% sure yet on how it works. But great deal!

It's hard to justify purchasing every new iteration of any sports game, but if you haven't played MLB the Show in a while, you can't go wrong here. All the modes you've come to expect are back with a few new nice touches and retro mode, which is a little barebones but still fun.

If you're a fan of the sport and video games, then this one is a no brainer. Get it today!

I haven't played The Show in several years, but had a hankering to play after watching the World Series this year. I am having a blast. Visuals are great, pitching is fun, hitting is fun, and the AI seems to be pretty challenging. Very glad I picked the series back up!

MLB® The Show 17™ - PlayStation 4 is far and away the baseball videogame you will find, from the easily the best baseball videogame franchise around for the last decade. I love this game and I highly recommend this to any lover of sports games and fans of America's pastime.

The sole reason I bought a PS4 was to get "THE SHOW". I haven't played these games in several years due to it being an exclusive. Well after 2 weeks of playing and messing with all the game types, it feels as though I never stopped playing. It's the baseball game I've missed!
