Digital download disappointment

Love MLB The Show but unfortunately that has been overshadowed by lack of customer support for the PlayStation store. Redeemed my digital code but I have been unable to download the game. I was only able to play the game by using the ps4 disc and then downloading the game which then requires the disc to always be present to play which completely defeats the purpose of paying for a cross platform version of the game.

PS4 disc?

This is the PS4 version, with a “voucher” for PS5. I wish they specified this. If they did, I would not have purchased this.

Preordered the Captain’s Edition to pick up at my local store. Still don’t have it on the games actual release day! CS no help. Store no help! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!! But, on actual release day I could order online for pick up. Where’s my PREORDER BEST BUY!

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If I knew that I would need the disk for the ability to play on my PlayStation five I would not have purchased this I assumed the hardcopy for PlayStation 4 was just that and then after I download the PS five version it would be just that as well, unfortunately, no matter what system you are playing on you to have the disk. Also the hat is meh, case is cool.

Great Bundle

He only asked for the game, but you had this bundle at a reasonable price so i decided to surprise him, im sure hes going to love it.
